We accept checks, cash, and our Gift Certificates (Gift Certificates can not be used for the months of September or December as these are our busy months).

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.  

 

Because we are a private residence as well as a boutique B&B, if you do not show on the date and time of your reservation, or if you call to cancel on the same day of your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of the room (or rooms). Your cancellation must be received seven days in advance prior to your booked reservation, or a fee of $75.00 will be charged for the night (nights) of your reservation. Please keep in mind that the months of August, September, and December are very busy months, and other guests have been turned away in order to accommodate your reservation. 

 

No charges are made to your card until you arrive and are settled in.

 

We do not accept pets.

 

All rooms are smoke-free.

 

Children under 21 are welcomed with a parent.

 

Our policy is only two people to a room, however we can provide an air bed for any room at an additional rate of $25.00 per room and per night.

For an additional cost, we can serve a Charcuterie Board to your specifications, and/or a lite lunch for you and your friends. Also for an additional cost, we can accommodate bridal luncheons, teas, and catered gatherings for guests who also stay at the bed and breakfast - call for pricing.

                                                                                                 

A full breakfast is always served and specific diets are taken into consideration.

                                                            

By law, we cannot serve alcohol, but wine can be brought in.
