We accept checks, cash, and our Gift Certificates (Gift Certificates can not be used for the months of September or December as these are our busy months)

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.  

 

Because we are a private residence as well as a boutique B&B, if you do not show on the date and time of your reservation you will be charged the full amount of the room.  Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to your booked reservation If you cancel after the required time a $100.00 fee will be charged to your card. For reservations made for September and December the whole cost of the room will be charged to your card, if cancellations are not received 48 hours before your reservation, for these are our very busy months. Other guests have requested these rooms and I have had to turn them down.

 

No charges are made to your card until you arrive and are settled in.

 

We do not accept pets.

 

All rooms are smoke-free.

 

Children under 21 are welcomed with a parent.

 

Our policy is only two people to a room.

We do have an air bed available for one additional person in a room at a rate of $25.00 1-18 yrs

​

Our Tower room has a two beds one standard and one twin- 1 adult $80.00, $80..00 2 adults, $100.00 3 adults Tower Twin Bed is available for children 1-18 years of age. it takes the place of the airbed.

Tower room is on the 3rd floor and rented when available.

 

For an additional cost we can serve a lite lunch for you and your friends

                                                                                                 

Breakfast is always served and specific diets are taken into consideration

                                                            

By law, we can not serve alcohol, but wine can be brought in.
